Terms governing your use of NeuroEstates
Important Disclaimer: NeuroEstates is an AI-assisted real estate platform that connects clients, agents, and agencies. We are not a real estate broker, estate agent, conveyancer, lender, financial adviser, or transaction facilitator. All property advice, viewings, negotiations, agreements, deposits, and transactions are handled directly between users and the relevant real estate professionals or third parties.
By accessing or using the NeuroEstates platform, website, workspaces, AI assistants, listing tools, notification tools, agency tools, partner tools, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Some features of NeuroEstates are available without registration. However, client workspaces, file uploads, saved-listing workflows, request threads, notifications, and certain AI handoff features may require account creation and login.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate request information, contact details, uploaded documents, and property preferences. Client documents, including pre-approval letters or seller documents, should only be uploaded where the client has permission to share them.
Real estate professionals must create an account, complete the applicable onboarding steps, and provide accurate verification information. You are responsible for:
Agency accounts may manage package selections, referral codes, seat limits, agency profiles, billing workflows, and agency-level analytics where available. Agency owners are responsible for agents who join under their referral code and for ensuring that only authorized team members use agency-linked access.
NeuroEstates may verify agents and agencies using information supplied during registration and public or industry sources where applicable, including NEAB-related checks where available. Verification improves trust but does not guarantee performance, advice quality, listing accuracy, or transaction outcomes.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NeuroEstates and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
By submitting content to NeuroEstates, including listings, descriptions, images, videos, documents, profile details, messages, reviews, notes, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, format, and process such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to your content, but you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and appropriate for the relevant workflow.
NeuroEstates may remove, hide, suspend, or restrict content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, inactive, unverified, inappropriate, or harmful to the platform or users.
Agent and agency listings, client records, enquiry history, internal notes, uploaded documents, and business information remain the business information of the relevant agent or agency. NeuroEstates does not sell private client databases, private enquiry history, internal notes, uploaded documents, or business records to competitors or unrelated third parties.
Private account information is restricted to the relevant account, authorized users, and NeuroEstates administrators or service providers where access is needed to operate, secure, support, bill, or improve the platform.
Other agents or agencies cannot see unpublished listings, private contacts, internal notes, or enquiry history belonging to a competing account. Leads created through a specific agent listing, portfolio, AI assistant, or connected campaign should remain associated with that agent or agency.
General platform enquiries that are not tied to a specific agent or agency may be matched to relevant professionals based on user needs, location, listing availability, specialization, and response suitability. Agents or agencies may request not to participate in general platform lead matching.
NeuroEstates may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including analytics tools, advertising platforms, Meta/Facebook/Instagram integrations, Google tools, AI providers, payment providers, email providers, hosting services, and calendar or notification tools. We are not responsible for:
AI assistants on NeuroEstates help collect information, answer basic questions, route intent, check available listing data, and prepare handoffs for agents. AI responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and should be verified with the relevant agent or professional before decisions are made.
AI assistants do not provide legal, financial, valuation, investment, tax, lending, or professional real estate advice. Users and agents remain responsible for reviewing all AI-generated summaries, handoffs, recommendations, and messages.
Agents and agencies are responsible for ensuring that listings, prices, images, videos, availability, sold status, descriptions, property types, and contact details are accurate and lawful. NeuroEstates may display active listings publicly and may display sold listings on an agent portfolio where enabled.
NeuroEstates does not guarantee that a listing is available, correctly priced, financeable, legally transferable, or suitable for a user's needs. Users should verify all information directly with the agent, seller, landlord, developer, municipality, lender, conveyancer, or relevant professional.
Paid agent and agency features may be subject to subscription fees, package limits, billing terms, free-trial rules, referral-code validation, extra-seat rules, and payment-provider workflows. Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown on NeuroEstates are treated as VAT-inclusive where VAT applies.
Eligible approved agents or agencies may receive a free trial before billing begins. Billing starts after the applicable trial period unless another written arrangement applies.
PayToday or other payment-provider workflows may be added or updated later. Invoices may be generated after billing or payment confirmation according to the platform's billing workflow.
All NeuroEstates billing is platform-service billing only. It may cover individual agent subscriptions, agency packages, additional agency seats, and optional platform add-ons such as NeuroConnect. It never covers a property purchase, rent, rental deposit, offer deposit, trust money, mortgage or bond payment, conveyancing or transfer fee, property-transaction commission, or payment to a landlord or service provider.
NeuroEstates may record proposed offer amounts, deal values, and estimated commission for coordination, CRM, and analytics. Those entries are not invoices, payment requests, receipts, balances, escrow records, or proof that funds moved. NeuroEstates records and coordinates property transactions, but does not receive, hold, transfer, or settle transaction funds.
Users may cancel a subscription where the platform provides a cancellation workflow. Cancellation may deactivate the account and remove or hide public visibility without deleting historical records immediately. Accounts may be reactivated if subscription or approval requirements are met.
Any refund, cooling-off, or notice right stated at checkout or required by applicable law remains unaffected by these Terms. Before paid billing is enabled, NeuroEstates will display the applicable billing interval, total platform-service price, trial end date where relevant, cancellation effect, and any refund terms before final confirmation.
NeuroEstates may suspend or deactivate accounts, listings, AI assistants, agency referral codes, partner access, or public visibility for non-payment, inaccurate information, suspicious activity, verification issues, misuse, policy violations, security concerns, or legal reasons.
If NeuroEstates provides partner, ambassador, referral, or commission workflows, payment eligibility, timing, rates, and conditions are subject to written approval by NeuroEstates. Referral payments are only due where the referred agent or agency has paid and the applicable conditions have been met. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, eligible referral payments are processed at the end of the relevant calendar month.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroEstates shall not be liable for:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
