Overview
NeuroEstates respects user data deletion rights. This page explains how clients, agents, agencies, partners, and people who submitted Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead forms can request deletion of personal data held by NeuroEstates.

Remove NeuroConnect From Facebook Or Instagram
If you connected NeuroConnect through Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, you can remove the app connection from your Meta account settings:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy.
- Select Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find NeuroConnect or the NeuroEstates-connected app.
- Select Remove to disconnect the app from your Meta account.

Request Deletion From NeuroEstates
To request deletion of data held by NeuroEstates, email us from the email address connected to your account, lead form, or inquiry.
Please include enough information for us to identify your records, such as your name, email address, phone number, account type, agent or agency name if relevant, and whether the request relates to NeuroEstates, NeuroConnect, Facebook, Instagram, or another source.
What We May Delete
- Client account and profile information
- Agent or agency application information, where deletion is legally and operationally allowed
- Lead records captured through NeuroEstates, NeuroConnect, Meta Lead Ads, AI assistants, or forms
- Uploaded documents, profile pictures, listing images, listing videos, and request attachments where deletion is appropriate
- Saved listings, requests, messages, notification records, and workspace records tied to your account
What We May Need To Retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, billing, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, audit, regulatory, or legitimate business reasons. Where full deletion is not possible, we may restrict, archive, anonymize, or minimize the retained data where appropriate.
Deleting data from NeuroEstates does not automatically delete information stored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, payment providers, email providers, or other third-party services. You may need to manage those records directly with the relevant provider.
Response Timeline
We will acknowledge verified deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and aim to process valid requests within 30 days, unless more time is required due to legal, technical, verification, or operational reasons.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before deleting data.
