NeuroEstates is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our real estate platform, AI assistants, client and agent workspaces, agency onboarding tools, notifications, listing tools, and related services.

Listings, client records, enquiry history, internal notes, uploaded documents, and business information submitted by an agent or agency remain that agent or agency's business information. NeuroEstates does not claim ownership of private agent or agency client databases.
NeuroEstates will not sell, share, transfer, or make an agent or agency's private client database, enquiries, notes, documents, or business information accessible to competing agents, competing agencies, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.
Agent-specific leads generated from a specific listing, public portfolio, connected campaign, or direct agent inquiry remain connected to that agent or agency. General platform enquiries may be matched to relevant agents only where the enquiry is not already tied to a specific agent or agency source.
If an agent or agency cancels, the account may be deactivated rather than immediately deleted. Upon reasonable verified request, NeuroEstates may assist with exporting available listings, client records, notes, and enquiry history connected to that account, subject to legal, technical, billing, and security requirements.
NeuroEstates uses AI-assisted workflows to understand property intent, answer basic platform or listing questions, collect requirements, and prepare handoffs for agents. AI chat messages, summaries, uploaded-file references, lead profiles, and conversation metadata may be stored so agents and platform administrators can review and follow up appropriately.
AI assistants do not replace licensed real estate professionals and should not be treated as legal, financial, valuation, investment, or professional advice.
Users may upload files such as profile pictures, verification documents, listing images, listing videos, client records, pre-approval letters, and property-related documents. Uploaded files are used for the workflow in which they were provided and may be visible to the relevant agent, agency, client, or administrator.
Do not upload documents or media unless you have the right to share them. Sensitive uploads should only be submitted through the intended secure workflow while logged in.

NeuroEstates uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, keep sessions active, measure performance, understand marketing attribution, improve listings and workflows, and support advertising or retargeting where enabled. We may send service notifications by email, in-app notification, browser push notification, or other approved channels. These may include account approvals, requests, lead updates, file uploads, billing workflow updates, demo bookings, subscription changes, and security notices. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, support active accounts, maintain legal and business records, resolve disputes, improve security, and meet operational requirements. If an account is cancelled or suspended, we may keep records needed for reactivation, audit, billing, legal, or security purposes unless deletion is required by law or approved by NeuroEstates.
Some hosting, email, analytics, AI, notification, and support providers may process information outside Namibia. Where this occurs, NeuroEstates limits disclosures to information needed for the relevant service and uses provider access controls and contractual or platform safeguards appropriate to the service. Users should not upload transaction funds, banking credentials, or documents unrelated to the requested property or account workflow.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
NeuroEstates is not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
